Terms of Service

To use TKTZ, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TKTZ. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

TKTZ operates a two-sided marketplace where users can buy and sell flight tickets. As a seller, you grant TKTZ the right to list your tickets and facilitate their sale through our Platform.

Sellers warrant that they have the legal right to sell any tickets listed on the Platform and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

TKTZ is a marketplace facilitator, not a ticket broker, airline, or travel agent. Prices are set by sellers. The Route Price Index is published for your information — it is not a price guarantee.

Sellers are responsible for delivering valid, transferable tickets to buyers after purchase. Failure to deliver may result in account suspension and legal action.

All tickets listed on TKTZ must be for valid, confirmed flight reservations. Sellers must provide accurate PNR (Passenger Name Record) information.

Tickets are held for a maximum of 15 minutes during the booking process. If payment is not completed within this window, the ticket will be released back to the seller's inventory.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law or in cases of documented fraud. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Sellers cannot cancel or modify a ticket after a buyer has initiated checkout. TKTZ will charge a service fee for each ticket transaction.

TKTZ processes payments through Stripe and other payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the user. TKTZ applies a service fee to each transaction. Applicable taxes and fees will be displayed before checkout.

Payment disputes must be reported within 60 days of the transaction. We will investigate and attempt to resolve disputes in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse payment from users with a history of chargebacks or fraudulent activity.

Seller funds are held in escrow for 7 days after a booking is confirmed. This gives buyers time to verify that the ticket is valid and transferable.

If a buyer reports that a ticket is invalid or non-transferable within this 7-day window, TKTZ will investigate and may return the funds to the buyer.

After 7 days, seller funds are released automatically. If no dispute has been filed, the seller can withdraw their proceeds at any time.

TKTZ holds funds in trust and does not use escrow balances for operational purposes. All escrow accounts are protected and insured.

TKTZ offers BNPL options to eligible users, allowing payment for tickets in installments. BNPL financing is provided by our lending partners.

To qualify for BNPL, you must complete a credit check and be approved by our lending partner. You represent that all information provided is accurate.

BNPL terms, including interest rates and payment schedules, will be clearly displayed before you complete a BNPL transaction.

Failure to make BNPL payments on time may result in collection action and damage to your credit report. You are responsible for all fees and interest charges.

You agree not to:

• List or sell tickets you do not own or have the right to sell
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass our security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Manipulate prices or engage in price fixing with other sellers
• Use bots or automated tools without permission
• Solicit or facilitate transactions outside of TKTZ
• Provide false identification or account information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Any disputes arising from the use of TKTZ will first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process.

You agree to submit disputes to TKTZ within 30 days of the incident. We will investigate and attempt to resolve the matter within 15 business days.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you agree to binding arbitration rather than litigation, except as prohibited by law.

You waive your right to a jury trial and class action by agreeing to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using TKTZ, you consent to our Privacy Policy practices.

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

TKTZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.

We will notify users of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of TKTZ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.
