Q&A
1. What is TKTZ?
Up until today, you could buy flight tickets in many ways. TKTZ will enable you to sell them as well.
Instead of worrying about the consequences of being unable to fly, you can sell the ticket and maybe even profit from it.
TKTZ builds a disruptive decentralized protocol for the aviation industry. This protocol enables the operations of the TKTZ secondary marketplace and trading platform.

2. Can I sell someone else's ticket? What if I paid for the other ticket?
It is not possible to sell someone else's ticket, since in the validation process we confirm the seller's name as the ticket’s holder. We put security and data integrity as our top priority.
3. If I bought a layover flight ticket - can I sell only one part of the flight?
Each ticket has several unique characteristics set by the airline, assuming the ticket allows the sale of part of the layover you can sell it on the platform. The characteristics of the ticket will be displayed on it.
4. Is it possible to sell a ticket even after I have checked in?
After check-in, the ticket is locked and it is not possible to make a name transfer on the same ticket, meaning, it is not for sale.
5. Is there a limit to how many tickets I can sell?
There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be sold, once the user is approved as a seller they can sell as many tickets as they own.
6. Who was exposed to my credit card information? Seller? TKTZ system? Is it secure?
Credit card and payments information is secured by banking-level security systems, and is performed by international clearing companies. Sellers, buyers and other market participants will never see your credit card information.
7. How will the airport know this is my ticket?
TKTZ works in full cooperation with the airlines' databases and updates ownership automatically.
Like any other flight ticket, you meet the flight steward at the airport and the ticket is issued at the airport based on your passport number.
8. If I bought a ticket from the airline, can I sell it on TKTZ? Should I have bought it through TKTZ in the first place?
TKTZ will allow the sale of tickets not purchased on the platform. Each external ticket is validated against the airline systems, then an identical ticket is issued as an NFT. As soon as the ticket is sold, the original one is no longer active and will not be accepted at the airport.
9. Can't there be duplication between my ticket and someone else's ticket?
A duplication cannot happen because the tickets are based on NFT technology. By default of this technology, there is only one of it and only one owner to it.
10. What is an NFT and why does TKTZ use it for flight tickets?
NFTs are blockchain technology based tokens that we can use to represent ownership of unique items. They let us tokenize things like art, collectibles, and even real estate. They can only have one official owner at a time and no one can modify the record of ownership or copy/paste a new NFT into existence. By creating an NFT-based flight ticket we can make sure it is one of a kind and validate its authenticity and ownership on the TKTZ platform.
11. How will you know that I’m eligible for a discount on the TKTZ platform? Should I connect my wallet?
Yes, you will be asked to connect your wallet in a secure way
to the platform that will then know automatically if you are a holder and
you'll get your discount.
12. Can I still buy a flight ticket on TKTZ platform even if I don't have a pioneers membership club NFT?

for everybody!
TKTZ Pioneers club
13. Why NFT membership?
As NFT, the membership becomes an asset for the NFT holder, which can later be sold, transferred or leased to others on the secondary market, had the owner doesn’t want to be a member anymore. By utilizing NFTs, TKTZ is able to create a loyal, member-based community to which we can provide special experiences. NFTs create new modernistic financial models, which will allow TKTZ to deliver an exceptional and sustainable platform for years to come.
14. As an NFT, the membership is tradable on the secondary market. What does it mean?
Once a person purchases the original NFT from TKTZ, all future transactions happen on a secondary market, such as Opensea.io.
15. If one does not intend to purchase flight tickets, should they buy the NFT?
We encourage all NFT holders to use the platform, as this is how the NFTs were conceptualized, as our project is focused on utility. With that being said, there are no restrictions or obligations for holders to use the platform.
16. Can a person buy more than one NFT?
There is no limit on the number of NFTs one can purchase.

to the platform that will then know automatically if you are a holder and
you'll get your discount.
21. Can I still buy a flight ticket on TKTZ platform even if I don't have a pioneers membership club NFT?
Absolutely! TKTZ platform is not just for web3 users, it's
for everybody!
22. If I decided to cancel a flight I bought on the TKTZ platform, how am I going to get my refund? Is it going to be based on how I paid or will I get it on crypto?
TKTZ brings a new way of handling changes in plans when it
comes to travel. If you want to (or have to) change your plans, just sell
the ticket on our platform, hopefully even for a profit. The payment will be transferred
to you in the method of your choice or as credit for your next purchase.
23. Is there a Beta or public testing phase?
We will build and test the platform with our community, our
community members will be the alpha tester and the beta testers.
24. How’s TKTZ going to work with the airline? Will they share their information with you?
We are going to reflect the airlines data on our system. We are working in cooperation with airlines and the leading GDS, which are the global system distributing flight tickets.
25. A flight ticket is a contract between a company and a person and while canceling flights and changing flights are annoying for the customer, they are not bad for the airlines that are selling them.
With the TKTZ model, airlines would increase revenue by being compensated for every ticket sold on the TKTZ platform. For this reason, they are incentivized to have canceled/changed tickets sold to other travelers rather than leave the seat empty.
26. If the airline sold the ticket to someone, how could another person show up in the airport with this ticket?
Once a change is done on the TKTZ platform, our systems would update the airline’s and distribution systems (GDS) on the change. Therefore, the airline would expect the right person to show up in the airport and not necessarily the person who originally bought the ticket.
27. Isn’t changing the name on the flight ticket a security concern?
It is not. However, sometimes an airline or a homeland security authority requires to know the final list of passengers hours (up to around 40 hours) ahead of departure. In these cases, trading the tickets will be available until the moment of closing the lists.
28. Wouldn’t a secondary market cause an increase in flight tickets? Airlines or other entities can buy and hold all the tickets until the last moment to artificially increase the price.
TKTZ introduces a secondary FREE market into the travel industry. As such, this marketplace is driven by a balance of supply a demand. That means that in the described case of scarcity of supply in the market, new suppliers (airlines, charter operators etc.) would increase the supply for the consumers, while the manipulator will not be able to sell for the increased price they plan to.
29. Why would the airlines be interested to work with TKTZ and give up control?
Airlines, like most businesses, would like to optimize revenues and profits. TKTZ allows them to make money from resold tickets instead of just leaving the seats empty.
