1. What is TKTZ?
Up until today, you could buy flight tickets in many ways. TKTZ will enable you to sell them as well.
Instead of worrying about the consequences of being unable to fly, you can sell the ticket and maybe even profit from it.
TKTZ builds a disruptive decentralized protocol for the aviation industry. This protocol enables the operations of the TKTZ secondary marketplace and trading platform.

2. Can I sell someone else's ticket? What if I paid for the other ticket?
It is not possible to sell someone else's ticket, since in the validation process we confirm the seller's name as the ticket’s holder. We put security and data integrity as our top priority.
3. If I bought a layover flight ticket - can I sell only one part of the flight?
Each ticket has several unique characteristics set by the airline, assuming the ticket allows the sale of part of the layover you can sell it on the platform. The characteristics of the ticket will be displayed on it.
4. Is it possible to sell a ticket even after I have checked in?
After check-in, the ticket is locked and it is not possible to make a name transfer on the same ticket, meaning, it is not for sale.
5. Is there a limit to how many tickets I can sell?
There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be sold, once the user is approved as a seller they can sell as many tickets as they own.
6. Who was exposed to my credit card information? Seller? TKTZ system? Is it secure?
Credit card and payments information is secured by banking-level security systems, and is performed by international clearing companies. Sellers, buyers and other market participants will never see your credit card information.
7. How will the airport know this is my ticket?
TKTZ works in full cooperation with the airlines' databases and updates ownership automatically.
Like any other flight ticket, you meet the flight steward at the airport and the ticket is issued at the airport based on your passport number.
8. If I bought a ticket from the airline, can I sell it on TKTZ? Should I have bought it through TKTZ in the first place?
TKTZ will allow the sale of tickets not purchased on the platform. Each external ticket is validated against the airline systems. As soon as the ticket is sold, the original one is no longer active and will not be accepted at the airport.
9. Can't there be duplication between my ticket and someone else's ticket?
A duplication cannot happen because the tickets are based on technology. By default of this technology, there is only one of it and only one owner to it.
10. How will you know that I’m eligible for a discount on the TKTZ platform? Should I connect my wallet?
Yes, you will be asked to connect your wallet in a secure way
to the platform that will then know automatically if you are a holder and
you'll get your discount.
